Important Race Day Parking Info
ZOOMA Austin is hosted by the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort and Spa, a beautiful resort just outside Austin. To make this the best race day possible, please take special note of a few important pieces of information.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To minimize traffic congestion inside the resort, only shuttle buses and registered guests will be permitted to pass the resort guard gate. That means that drop-offs will not be allowed. Also note that the Hyatt entrance road is over 3 miles long with no shoulder. It is not safe to walk from Highway 71 to the resort property.
Remember that parking for resort-guests is free on Hyatt Lost Pines property.
Getting to the race:
Airport Fast Park will provide ample free parking for race participants and spectators at their convenient lot of Highway 71 near the Austin-Bergstrom Airport, about 13 miles from the Hyatt Lost Pines entrance. We strongly recommend arriving at Airport Fast Park no later than 6:00 am (preferably earlier!)
Beginning at 5:00 am, free shuttles will transport participants and spectators from Airport Fast Park to the start line at the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort. Shuttles will run every 5-10 minutes, with the last shuttle leaving Airport Fast Park at 6:30 am sharp. We strongly recommend arriving at Airport Fast Park no later than 6:00 am to leave adequate time to travel to the Hyatt and prepare for your race at the start line. Note that total travel time to the Hyatt on the shuttle could be up to 40 minutes.
Shuttles will return participants and spectators to the parking areas following the race. Pick up the shuttle for your parking area in front of the Wolfdancer Golf Pro Shop across the entrance road from the Main Lobby. The first return shuttle will leave the Hyatt at 10:00 am, and the last shuttle will leave the resort at 12:30 pm.
